Texas Panhandle Pizza Pizzazz at West Crust Pizza!!!!!

On a Friday night my wife and I were planning what we were going to do on Saturday.  While conducting internet searches for places for us to eat, I came across this pizza place called West Crust Pizza located in Lubbock, Texas.  So on Saturday my wife and I drove over to Lubbock to try this pizza.

This place was the BOMB!!! Some of the best pizza we've ever eaten. Crispy thin crust, fresh high quality ingredients, delicious flavor, served steaming hot and great service.

All of the drinks from their fountain were all natural sodas made with cane sugar.  I tried the Ginger Root Beer soda, Orange Soda, and the Vanilla Cream Soda.  All so delicious.

The restaurant theme was that of a West Coast Surf Shop. Bright, colorful, and very trendy.

IMHO, this place makes pizza the way it should be done!!!

Here a few pictures of the pizzas we sampled:

This was the classic Margherita.  Crispy Crust, gooey mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, and savory basil.  OMG!!!

This was the Veggiepottomus.  Crispy crust, black olives, artichokes, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, and spinkled with heavenly Feta cheese.  I almost became a vegetarian on the spot!!!

The BEAST!!!  A carnivore's dream!!!  Italian Sausage, pepperoni, sliced steak, and chicken.  A wonderful meat combination.  This pizza also had enough spiciness to compliment the flavors and not to overwhelm the savory flavors.  This is the only thing that kept me from becoming a vegetarian on this day.

If you ever find yourself in or around Lubbock, TX this would be a great place to enjoy wonderful pizza!!!

I'm finally blogging!!!

I'm new to the world of blogging, and now I get to blog about my main passion -- FOOD!!!!

My intension to share with everyone my experiences with the world of food and beverages.  I'll write my positive thoughts as I enjoy every bite of delicious food and every drink of wonderful beverages.  I'll do everything possible to post pictures of each experience.
